One of the essential bits uses encryption, which converts data into a secret code using a key, a string of bits. The key is used to encrypt the data, and the same key is used to decrypt the data. This ensures that only the person with the key can read the data. Another application of bits is in networking, where data is transmitted using a series of ones and zeroes, also known as bits. The data is sent over a network in the form of packets containing a set of bits.
