It's becoming even tougher for telecoms to keep up in the AI-driven landscape, while simultaneously keeping their consumers content and loyal. From effectively managing the widespread adoption of 5G and the growing complexity of the Internet of Things (IoT) to keeping up with infrastructure demands by adopting new technologies, telecoms need a helping hand.
Well, that’s precisely what business consulting and telecom managed services leader Prodapt has addressed with two brand-new moves.
So, how is Prodapt guiding telecoms toward more intelligent and automated digital operations? Moreover, can its new products address the various challenges telcos are facing?
Read on and find out!
Prodapt Launches AI-Powered Agents On ServiceNow’s Platform
Telecom enterprises want to break down silos, increase productivity, and make the customer experiences better. Yet, many challenges exist - and to deal with them, Prodapt has just created diverse AI agents, built on ServiceNow’s platform.
With unified services on ServiceNow’s platform, telecom enterprises can seamlessly connect their systems, tasks, departments, and workflows for enterprise-wide intelligence. Designed to speak different software’s languages, these custom AI agents can talk and understand each other, marking a new era of AI-driven innovation.
Prodapt’s AI agents are meant to make businesses more efficient and help them transform digitally. As Michael Park, Senior Vice President and Global Head of AI GTM at ServiceNow, aptly put it, “ServiceNow and Prodapt are working together to revolutionize AI-driven transformation in the telecommunications industry.”
“By leveraging the robust capabilities of the ServiceNow platform alongside Prodapt's extensive industry expertise, we are delivering innovative Agentic AI solutions that seamlessly integrate and automate workflows, enhance operational efficiency, and drive significant business outcomes."
The unified ServiceNow platform facilitates intelligent, data-driven agentic AI operations that integrate throughout the enterprise. For instance, Prodapt is currently enhancing its custom Customer Churn Prediction Agent, which is readily accessible on the ServiceNow Store.
Prodapt also intends to expand the development of AI agents across a variety of ServiceNow modules, such as Telecom Service Management (TSM) and Sales & Order Management for Telecom (SOMT), to capitalize on this momentum and utilize its deep industry knowledge, data engineering capabilities, and ServiceNow integration strengths. These AI-driven solutions will allow telcos to transcend AI experimentation and achieve tangible business results.
As Rajiv Papneja, CTO of Prodapt, explains, “ServiceNow is redefining enterprise AI with its AI Agent control tower and AI Agent Orchestrator, turning AI from automation into true orchestration. Built on the ServiceNow platform, our AI Agents will help telcos move from AI experimentation to real impact—streamlining workflows, accelerating decision-making, and delivering business outcomes at scale."
Prodapt Partners With Snowflake To Optimize Telecom Data With OneFibreData
We bet you know that using AI on enterprise data is completely transforming various business workflows. However, companies still have a challenging time optimizing their processes with AI automation as their data is spread out across different silos. Prodapt's OneFibreData, built on Snowflake’s platform, solves this exact problem by bringing together different data sources for fiber broadband & telecom companies.
Integration with OneFibreData makes operations run smoother with AI making precise, real-time decisions. It brings together data from every source, such as the cloud, on-premises, and APIs, into a single, well-organized system for telecoms, boosting report generation, searches, and data visualizations, which leads to more accurate data analytics and better AI-driven insights.
OneFibreData democratizes insights through a data marketplace, enabling teams to monitor and improve functional performance. As Niel Styles, Director of Information Architecture at CityFibre, notes, “Now, with all our data in one place, we are able to deploy AI use cases at scale – much sooner than anticipated.”
OneFibreData combines Snowflake’s Data Cloud platform with Prodapt’s system integration expertise to create an optimized enterprise data platform. Jon Penrose, Telecom Industry Principal at Snowflake, said, “Performing various data workloads, including GenAI workloads, Snowflake’s platform is the ideal choice for Telecom operators with multi-geo, multi-cloud environments looking to unify, analyze, share and leverage their data to power intelligent decisions and growth.”
Adding to this, Rajiv Papneja, reinforced the significance of data quality and governance in AI success, stating, “OneFibreData arrives at an important time in the AI era. As we go further, Large Language Models (LLMs) will become increasingly commoditized, making quality, governance & scalability of data platforms the true success factor of GenAI models.”
Prodapt aims to simplify digital transformation for the telecom industry, with a strong emphasis on artificial intelligence, automation, and data-driven transformation.
As AI evolves and demands changes in the telecom industry, Prodapt's latest products, AI Agents on ServiceNow and OneFibreData on Snowflake, are set to revolutionize how businesses leverage AI to boost productivity, creativity and operational effectiveness.
By continuously expanding capabilities and features, Prodact will allow telecoms to improve processes, use smart AI automation, and gain business-boosting insights from data at scale.
Will we see more telecom businesses embrace Prodact’s AI-driven, data-centric solutions?
