Computer-Aided Design And Drafting (CADD) is the acronym for Computer-Aided Design. It is a program that allows users to create blueprints for buildings, vehicles and other structures. It has a different set of tools and methods than CAAD, focusing on 2D drawings, 2. 5D surfaces, and 3D solids that can manipulate to optimize them for various manufacturing processes such as CNC machining or injection molding. While CAD software used to be expensive, it's become increasingly affordable in recent years. Computer-aided design (CAD) is a tool that helps to increase productivity and efficiency in the manufacturing process. CAD transfers 3D models, components, assembly and parts drawings into digital format for easy transfer to other applications and manufacturing processes. CAD can also help to improve the accuracy of projects.
